About our crystals
Yes. Every crystal we sell is natural and hand-selected. Each piece is personally inspected before it's listed, and cleansed before it's sent to you.
It will be beautifully close, but not identical — and that's the point. Crystals are natural stones, so colour, pattern and shape vary slightly from piece to piece. Our photographs are representative of what you'll receive. These small variations aren't flaws; they're what make your piece uniquely yours.
We do. Before any piece leaves us, it is run through water and set with an intention for the person it's going to. You'll also receive guidance on how to care for and cleanse your crystal at home.
Yes — this is what we love most. Tell us what you're seeking, whether it's calm, protection, confidence or love, and we'll help you choose the right stones or create a piece around your intention. Message us on Instagram @udaharancrystals to begin.
Keep it away from harsh chemicals, perfumes and prolonged water exposure, and store beaded pieces flat when not worn. To cleanse and recharge, many people place their crystals under moonlight or rest them on a selenite plate. A care card is included with your order.
Orders & payment
Browse our collections, add your chosen pieces to the cart, and check out securely on our website. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
We accept secure online payments including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We are prepaid only — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure, trusted payment gateway. We never see or store your card or banking details.
Shipping & delivery
We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Orders are cleansed, packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Returns & damage
As each piece is a natural product chosen and cleansed for its owner, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
If your piece is damaged in transit, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We recommend recording a short unboxing video, as it makes claims easy to process. Full details are in our Return & Replacement Policy.
