Return & Replacement Policy
At Udharan Crystals, every piece is hand-selected, inspected and cleansed before it is packed and dispatched to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
No returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. As each crystal is a natural product chosen and energetically cleansed for its owner, we are unable to accept items back once they have been dispatched.
Please review your order carefully — including the product, quantity and delivery address — before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece, message us before ordering and we will be glad to help you choose.
Damage in transit
The only exception is damage that occurs in transit. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the item free of charge.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
How to raise a damage claim
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — by WhatsApp or email, using the details on our Contact page.

Share the following:
- Your order number and the name you ordered under
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- A photograph of the outer packaging as received
- An unboxing video, if you have one (this greatly helps us process the claim)
- We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no cost to you, including shipping. Where the exact piece is no longer available, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of that item.
Please note
Crystals are natural products. Slight variations in colour, size, shape, pattern and inclusions are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects — each piece is unique, and photographs on our site are representative. Minor variation from the image shown is not eligible for replacement.
We recommend recording a short unboxing video when your parcel arrives. It is the simplest way to support a claim if anything has been damaged in transit.
