Shipping Policy
Every Udaharan Crystals order is packed by hand with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your crystals reach you.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is coming soon. If you're outside India and would like to order, message us on Instagram (@udaharancrystals) or email us — we'll let you know as soon as we're able to deliver to you.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you pay — there are no hidden charges added afterwards.
Heavier pieces such as towers, clusters and geodes naturally cost a little more to ship than bracelets and tumbles.
Payment
We are currently prepaid only — we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be confirmed and dispatched.
Processing time
Orders are cleansed, packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your payment being confirmed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During festive periods, sales or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote and non-metro locations may take a little longer.
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once your parcel is handed to our courier partner, delivery is subject to their handling and schedules, which are outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you haven't received tracking details within 3–4 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we can re-ship it at your cost.
Damage in transit
Your crystals are packed carefully to protect them on their journey. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge — but you must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging.
We recommend recording a short unboxing video when your parcel arrives. It's the simplest way to support a claim if anything has been damaged. Please see our Return & Replacement Policy for the full process.
Undelivered or refused parcels
If a parcel is refused at delivery or goes undelivered after multiple attempts by the courier, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be charged separately.
